We utilise the delivery services of Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

Our promise to you...

Your item/s will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. If your item/s have arrived damaged, please do not hesitate to let us know in order to investigate this for you. All orders placed before 13:30, with confirmation and verification of your payment information, will be dispatched on the same working day, unless following a bank holiday or any unforeseen circumstances. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

Where can my order be delivered to?

Please refer to the top of the listing and/or checkout for postage options and charges. We deliver to mainland UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man; however, some services aren't available or are subject to different guaranteed delivery times.

Royal Mail can provide delivery services to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man although please note that some deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to customs checks.

Customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man can access all Royal Mail's UK services through their local postal operator or online and we please ask that you read through Royal Mail's website for their terms and conditions in regards to your specific area.

We want you to be happy with all your purchases from Race it Direct, however there may be certain instances where products may need to be returned and we understand this can happen!

Faulty on Arrival?

If your items were faulty on arrival, we ask that you inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or refund to you via your original payment method.

What if you change your mind?

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit?

If any items were damaged in transit, with proof, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. On their return they can be replaced or a refund can be issued via your original payment method.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.

Good to know

Returns can take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item/s. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of item/s during their return. When returning the item/s, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Not sure if you can return your item/s?

Any product which has been test fitted is considered used and cannot be returned for a full refund.

Any electronic item which has been removed from the original packaging or has the manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.

Any liquid or aerosol that has been used, opened or has the seal broken is non-returnable.

If you've owned and used your product but it is within a 30 day return period we may still be able to help. Please contact us with your order number and any images that may help of the item/s you're looking to return and we will look to help wherever we can! We are humans at the end of the day! :)
