The Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox Polaris, the brand's first diver's watch with an alarm function, was released in 1968.
This diver's watch alerted divers when their oxygen tank was running low by sounding an alarm.
The Polaris series was released in 2018 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the birth of that legendary model.
This Polaris Chronograph features a modern pillar-wheel movement, the 751H, with a 65-hour power reserve. However, the dial and hands are designed to resemble the original model, giving it a simple yet sophisticated look.
This is a parallel import item sold in December 2018.
