Returns

Returns of faulty, unwanted or items incorrectly ordered must be made within 30 days of receipt. To arrange a return just find the order in your ebay account and use the return option to print an address label. Please message us first if you have a problem as most times it can be sorted out simply.

Warranty

All items are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated within the listing. It is your responsibility to cover return postage costs. Return items are tested within a few days and if found faulty will be replaced by the same item or one of an equivalent equal or better value if we no longer stock that item.
