These were installed in units that were never sold they were never used only use was for testing function. Scratches were from removal from new old stock air handlers. Based on condition being listed as used.

Pulled by our service techs ECM was still fully operational and functional. Take a close look at the photo. The ECM you will receive will be like the same one as in the photo. These are delicate and can break during shipping ( even with an excessive amount of bubble wrap) Please send ECM back in the exact same packaging as you received if an issue arises.
