The product is a Captain Feathersword talking giggle sword from The Wiggles franchise. It is clean and has been tested and works well.The handle part does have some wear on it from play but just minor scratches the colorful material part is in very good condition and is clean. It was made back in 2003 I will take out the batteries for shipping but was tested and it makes all the giggles sound and works as it should.
