Here is a C band feed from commercial antenna.

NOTE:THE MEASUREMENT PHOTOS ARE NOT THE ONE YOU WILL RECIEVE.

This one was damaged so I took the weather cover off so I could get measurements.

Yours will be intact as in the first photos. Please out the measurements.

These are very solid aluminum feeds with WR 229 waveguide flange.

Each feed weighs in at about 2.5 LBs
