Application

This product can be used to make 0.01-0.04-inch sheet metal for 0-90° bending angles. The recommended fold height is 1/2-5 inches. It is suitable for bending straight bends of an infinite length up to the very ends of a straight panel length. It can be used for kiosks, garage rain deflectors, roof rain covers, and more!

How to Use

• Lock the lift plate to the shaft leg at the desired bend height to accurately align all drum depths.
• Grasp the tool by the handle and slide it onto the edge of the material. Ensure that the material fits snugly against the bottom of the tool V-shaped roller assembly.
• Gradually apply bending pressure while rolling the tool along the edge of the material. Each time bend the material upwards by approximately 10-20 degrees. For a 90-degree bend, you should plan to have the tool run back and forth at least 5 to 8 times.
• Allow the outer set of rollers to slide off the bend as you reach the end of the material and then reverse direction. This will produce a more uniform bend.
