Composition and Mintage: The coin is made of bronze. A total of approximately 5,000,000 units of this coin were minted in 1901.

Design: The reverse side shown in the image features Chinese characters that translate to "Hong Kong One Cent" within a beaded circle, with the date "1901" positioned at the lower right. The obverse (not pictured) features a crowned bust of Queen Victoria facing left.
