We often have more stock of a product than what is shown on eBay, so please ask us if you need higher quantities.

COLLECTION

Collection is available from our Showrooms in Chester (Cheshire), Soham (Cambridgeshire), Warrington (Cheshire), Hull (East Yorkshire) & Harlow (Essex). Please select the collection option at checkout. Please message us after ordering to organise a pickup date and time as we may need to transfer the item to your nearest showroom first.

Opening hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am-5:30pm. Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday 10am-3pm.

DELIVERY

We run our own delivery service within a 75 mile radius of our Chester, Warrington, Hull, Harlow & Soham showrooms. Select the shipping option 'Other Courier (3 to 5 days)' for this service when you checkout. You can message us with your postcode to check if your distance.

If you reside over 75 miles from our showrooms we can ship using a Pallet Service at a flat rate of £100. Please select 'Flat Freight Rate (2 - 7 working days) when you checkout for this service. This is the cost of one full size pallet. An additional charge may be requested if the items bought require 2 or more pallets to ship. In some cases, we can get several items onto one pallet depending on the size - please message us if you have any questions.  Please note, for multiple item orders you may go over the size that a pallet can hold, so additional charges may apply, which can be confirmed and paid by credit card over the phone.

Delivery Times: Please bear in mind that we operate our own fleet of delivery vans and it can take a little longer to deliver than the national couriers. You can expect a delivery time of anything up to 10 days (depending on location and the driver's schedule). We operate our own delivery vans to minimize risk of damage as furniture is large and bulky and requires extra padding.
