Loose Sheep’s Wool Insulation – Natural & Affordable ( 5KG )
To ensure this product is right for your project, please read the details below before purchasing
Prowool insulation is a natural, eco-friendly and affordable way to keep your space warm in winter and cool in summer. For at least 5000 years sheep's wool has been used all around the world to help regulate moisture to absorb sound, keep us warm and is safe and easy to handle with no itching or nasty chemicals. A renewable, breathable and sustainable option that works just as well as modern insulation but is kinder to your pocket, health and the environment
The unique way we process our sheep's wool makes it fluffier and better at insulating because the way we process it changes how the fibers sit, spring and trap millions of tiny pockets of air. Insulation isn’t about the fibers, it's about how much air you can hold. Our sheep's wool insulation has been professionally graded, traditionally washed, air dried, processed and packed ready for immediate use. All our sheep's wool comes from British hill Farms and is brought back to our yard for processing in Wales then delivered straight to your door
“ If sheep can happily live on the side of a wet mountain in minus 20 degrees Celsius plus wind chill, it proves nature knows what it's doing and it's an excellent choice for insulation “
Prowool loose sheep's wool insulation is intended for all DIY non regulated structures only such as, Campervans, Caravans, Glamping pods, Shepherd huts, Cabins, Off grid builds, Stables, Sheds, Eco projects, Portable cabins, Water tanks, Pipes, Packaging and so many more projects
Per kilogram, Prowool insulation spreads further than most other insulation types on the market. It works out much cheaper per square meter making it quicker to install and as it’s a natural material, it’s better for your health and your environment compared to other insulation materials and brands
