• Air must be released from the valve before opening the lid after cooking to avoid overpressure.
• This product is not recommended to be washed in a dishwasher. When using it for the first time, please wash the pan with a neutral detergent first. After washing, you can coat the surface of the pan with oil to extend the life of the pan.
• It is recommended to use a silicone spatula or a wooden spatula and to use spatulas sparingly.
