This is a great ANTIQUE MODEL of a SHIPS CANNON. The model measures approx 6 inches (150mm) long overall, by 2 3/4 inches (70mm) tall. It has a brass barrel, mounted upon an oak carriage, and is a model of the type of guns in use on board ships in the 18th and early 19th Centuries. The model is in very good, antique condition; the barrel swivels up and down, and the wheels turn. The bore runs the full length of the barrel, and connects to the touch hole. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great addition to any collection. Please see photos for condition & type. weight approx 205 grams.
