Wire Barrel The transparent wire barrel can effectively prevent dust and other things from polluting the wires, and the operator can clearly observe the unwinding state, and timely replacement of wire coils can be achieved.


Winding Assembly The winding assembly can achieve high-precision wire arrangement and winding, effectively reducing the frictional loss, improving the winding stability and efficiency and has a stable structure and high rigidity.		Machine Body The whole machine body is of a compact structure, achieves synchronous winding of multiple wire coils, ensures high-precision and high-efficiency winding operation and is convenient to control and use.

Operation Method

1. Place the machine on a steady working table.

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

3. Install the jigs on the machine correctly and tightly.

4. Put the wires on the machine:

(1) Put the wires and wire barrels in order on the barrel trays, let the wires cross the ceramic holes on the barrel lids, and then put the lids on.

(2) Pull the wire through the wool pads to the ends of the tension to fix on the tensions.

(3) Pull down the wires from the tensions and cross the ceramic rollers and wool pads.

5. Turn on the power switch, set the winding parameters on the controller as needed and press the start button to start winding.

6. After operation, turn off the power switch, disconnect the power supply and clean the machine thoroughly.

Returns & Exchanges
