Features:
This is a general piston stop that requires the crankshaft to be held in place.
Can be used to maintain the clutch or remove the flywheel nut, or to repair brush feeders and leaf blowers.
The end is machined with a full radius to avoid damaging the piston top. Very easy to use and very handy when doing your own saw or any other 2-cycle work
Just remove the spark plug, screw the tool on and tighten gently. Remove the spark plug, screw the tool into place and press lightly on it.
Turn the motor clockwise or counterclockwise until it appears that the piston is conflicting with the tool and is ready to be repaired. Note that most chainsaws have left-hand threads on the clutch side.
