Genuine Official Service Manual Advice:
  • Inspect the water pump impeller every 100 operating hours or annually, especially in salt water, brackish, or dirty conditions.
  • Replace every 200 hours or every 2 years in fresh water to keep cooling strong and prevent engine damage.
  • In saltwater, swap it every 100 hours or annually – salt and sand chew up impellers fast!
  • Always replace the impeller whenever the lower unit is disassembled for any other service.
  • Don't wait for weak tell-tale stream, that's already too late!
NOTE: If you can not sure which impeller service kit fit your outboards, pls leave message to us, we will help you find the right one.
