For all product maintenance during the warranty period, DLAB should provide free spare parts, while it should not include the occurred international freight cost. Spare parts should be charged according to the after-sales spareparts EXW price list for the products out of warranty period.


Failure caused by the following reasons should be regarded as out the warranty period

a. Improper products operations by customers

b. During experiment, there is liquid spilling into the product and damage the instrument

c. Products key parts are damaged or corroded by highly corrosive 

d. Product damage caused by improper transportation from the customer side


Our provider should provide some discount for new unit purchase if the products are out of warranty period while problems can’t be solved by maintenance because of technical upgrade from supplier side or other reasons.
