Set the time. Set the alarm. Fill the kettle and add tea bags to the teapot. The machine will heat the water, fill the teapot, and then an alarm will go off with your brew ready to drink. The light also works - both bulbs are working, although I can't say when they might need replacing. The power cord is generously long.

The machine is very clean with only minor marks.

No instructions, but functionality is straightforward. Instructions can be found online, including on YouTube.
