A mounted pencil sketch with some signs of storage damage, likely easily cleaned in the right hands, would benefit having a new mount and framing?

Part of a cache of loved but unwanted antiques and curio's, from a family of 'collectors' - I like many of the items, but lack the wall space to hang them and would rather they where appreciated properly.
They are in original dry stored condition and many are in the original frames, I do not have the time to demount and restore them and the re-framing is best done to the buyers taste.
