1. This portable monitor is without a touch function and has no built-in battery.

2. Make sure your mobile phone's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (USB 3.1). If not, or Lightning and Micro USB port, you need a "Lightning/Micro USB to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.

3. Make sure your laptop's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3). If this is just for charging, connect the monitor via Mini HDMI for signal transmission.

4. The monitor needs a stable output of more than 5V/2A to keep the display brightness or volume above 80%, so connecting an external power adapter to our power adapter is highly recommended for an optimal viewing experience. Otherwise, the power saving mode (flickering / 30% brightness) or even the standby mode (no signal) may be activated.
