- All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address you entered through your Etsy Order. If you accidentally put the wrong address when placing your order, you can update us with the right address before we ship out your package.
- Once it’s shipped, we can’t stop it. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement parcels due to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing the order. All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

• RETURNS / REFUNDS •

If you would like to make a return, please contact us soon after receiving your package. You have 60 days to return it, but the sooner, the better. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. We will return 100% of your money via the same way you paid, once we get back the jewelry. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers. Therefore before you return anything, you have to message us so we give you a specific address and instructions. Then you can return it to the address we give you via an insured shipping method with a valid tracking code.

Marry crystal holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
