Vtg Japanese Folding Fan Sensu 

This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance.  It's decorated with Kanji characters. It says Kaiyou Kyohen(海洋去邊). There's a signature of the artist with red seals. The back of the fan says Nippon Kaiin Bakkaikai Gifu Shibu(日本抜海会岐阜支部).
