All vaccums we sell are sanitized, tested, and charged up to 100% before we confirm it’s eligible for sale. We can guarantee your vacuum works before the shipment.

please DO NOT purchase if you’re worried about cosmetic issues. Our vacuums will always have something like scratches. Dust etc, which is why it’s priced as is VS its value. We don’t take returns as the condition is stated.

This can include scratches on the water tanks, handles, vacuum bodies, and brush roller covers. Some may be worse than others. We added photos of some examples of cosmetic damages you might receive.

We do our best to fully clean the vacuums and sanitize them before they are sent to their new homes, though. We reccomend the repeating of sanitizing your vacuums once you get them also, including washing the brush roller and self cleaning mode.

Customers will individually sent a photo of their vacuum being packaged before it’s shipped to ensure no fraud claims or fraud return requests. Photos will include all parts being sent in your package before shipment.

Comes with the vaccum, box, an extra brush roller and an extra filter, charging base and base attachments . All parts are also used including the extras.

Tineco solution is not included in ANY of our shipments. You will need your own.

The vacuum will be sent in its box, and all parts bubble wrapped and padded for safety of shipment arrival.
