The laptop works correctly and performs as expected.
Prior to resetting, the laptop was tested and system checks were carried out, including reviewing system information, hardware configuration, storage drives and other system details. Screenshots of these checks are included in the listing photos.
There is cosmetic wear consistent with normal use, including some dents around a few of the port areas. These dents are cosmetic and do not affect the functionality of the laptop.
The SD card slot does not currently click a card into place properly, so it may require attention if this feature is needed.
There is a missing cover section on the underside of the laptop (see photos). This is a panel cover and does not affect the operation of the laptop and can be replaced if desired.

The laptop has been tested prior to listing and is functioning as expected.
The following checks have been carried out:

Some additional ports have not been tested simply due to not having compatible devices available, however no faults are known.
The battery has been checked via the Windows battery report and is recognised by the system and charges normally. As with all used laptops, battery life will vary depending on usage and settings.
