Function Switches

Temperature Controller

1. Connect the pipeline
(1) Select the appropriate air bag head to connect the cleaning object, inflate and seal.
(2) Connect the wire hose quick connector to the air bag connector, and use the way that the liquid enters from the bottom and comes out from the top.

2. Add 50 liters of water to the water tank of the machine, and pour an appropriate amount of diesel vehicle after-treatment system cleaning agent.

3. Connect the power supply
Connect the power cable of the device to the AC220V power outlet.
Note: The power line at the input end is not less than 4 square meters.

4. Heating function
(1) Turn on the power switch.
(2) Set the heating temperature on the temperature controller. The factory setting is 40˚C, and no adjustment is required.
(3) Turn on the heating switch. Start heating, and when the temperature rises to the set temperature, the machine will automatically stop working.

5. Cycle cleaning
(1) Turn on the cleaning switch.
(2) Set the cleaning time on the timer panel and press "+" "-" to adjust.
(3) After setting the cleaning time, press "S" to start cleaning. When the cleaning time is up, the machine will automatically stop working.
(4) In the cycle cleaning process, you can press "S" to pause the cleaning, soak for a few minutes and then press "S" to continue the cycle cleaning, the cleaning effect is even better.

6. Pulse function
In the cycle cleaning process, turn on the pulse switch and use the gas impact force to physically impact the blockage.

7. External circulation function
(1) After finishing the cycle cleaning, connect the return pipe to the external circulation interface, remove the other end, and put it into clean water.
(2) Switch the internal and external circulation switching valve to the external circulation.
(3) Repeat the steps of cyclic cleaning in the step 5, and rinse the cleaning object with clean water.

8. Finish operation
(1) Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
(2) Remove the air bag head and blow dry the cleaned object with an air gun.
(3) Discharge waste liquid. Pay attention to environmental protection, do not discharge it outdoors directly.
(4) Clean the water tank, rinse the filters, and wipe the surface of the device clean.
