We have all heard of the warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on and after years of frustration to make claims with insurance backed warranty providers only for them to wriggle out of the claim using small print jargon, we decided to look for a different approach. The main difference is that for every warranty sold we put the money in a separate ‘pot’. So unlike conventional warranty providers, when deciding if a claim is eligible, the money is already in place to authorise a claim if needed.
