Vintage O.K. Vender Slot Machine Tokens – Lot of 3

Offered here is a set of three original brass amusement tokens used in early American coin-operated slot / vending machines, most commonly associated with the O.K. Vender machines produced by Mills Novelty Company in Chicago during the 1920s–1930s.

These machines were designed as mint vending machines with a gambling feature, a common workaround during early anti-gambling laws.

Instead of coins, players used tokens like these marked:

“GOOD FOR AMUSEMENT ONLY”
“NO CASH VALUE”

The center hole allowed machines to easily identify tokens and prevented them from being confused with real currency.
