Authentic 1950s Italian Navy (Marina Militare) Seaman’s Winter Uniform.

This is an exceptionally well-preserved, complete museum-grade winter set in excellent condition. It belonged to a Helmsman (Timoniere), featuring the original red embroidered steering wheel specialty patches on both sleeves. 

The set includes:

• Winter Jumper: Heavy-duty dark navy wool with original helmsman patches.
• Sailor Collar (Solino): Blue with white stripes and stars, officially stamped "58 VE 00 53" (Venice 1953). 
• Trousers: Classic sailor-cut wool trousers with the traditional dual-sided button fastening (7-8 buttons).
• Lepanto Cap: Black band with gold "MARINA MILITARE" embroidery. Features unique metal stars (stelline) inside, marking the sailor's months of service. [2.3]

Size: Officially marked 56/58 (Italian), which fits like a modern XL/XXL. Rare large size! 
Condition: . No holes, no moth damage. All elements are original and authentic.
