This is a nice large skillet.  13.25"s across and about 2.25"s tall.  8 pound beast. Longest handle to handle is about 19.5"s.  Sits very flat on cast iron gas stove top and on a wood surface.  Has a very slight wobble on a granite countertop which resolves with a single post it note.  Very slight indeed. No pitting on surface.  Probably needs to be seasoned.  We usually season our pans by cooking a couple of pounds of Nueske's bacon.
