He comes with a stand. The stick part of the stand is attached to Woody's back. There is a plastic star base the stick goes in. The stick and base are 2 separate pieces. The stick just sets in the stand. The base of the stand can be used to hang Woody on the wall. You remove the stick and place the base on his back using the same screws. There are directions for this on the stick. Can be seen in images. 

This Woody is not made with a pull string. The bottom button on his shirt is pressed for him to talk. He says several different phrases. When he speaks, it is a little bit fuzzy. It sounds like the volume is too loud. There is no way to adjust this. There is a video of him speaking in photo section. 

The only flaws I noted are a small string on his vest and a zip tie connection that can be seen at the bottom of both sleeves. This doesn't appear to be a "flaw" just the way he was made. There are a few marks or scuffs on the inside of his hat. There is a line on the outside of his hats that looks like a crack, but it doesn't go all the way through. Possibly just a scratch. Both of these hat issues can be seen in last images.
