Painted with phosphorescent (glow-in-the-dark) paint.
The overall yellow (close to lime green) and red lines are glow-in-the-dark,
and the white section in the middle of the lines is high-reflective paint.
The finish is a 2-component urethane clear coat.

The paint absorbs UV light and glows in the dark.

Steerer tube size: 1.5" (tapered) top and bottom.
This is a genuine fork for certain Cannondale Hooligan and Bad Boy models.
It cannot be installed on OS-size frames.
