This Mark J Scearce sterling silver julep cup is 3 5/8" tall with a diameter at top of  3 1/8" and at base of 2 5/8"  It weighs 169 grams.

This cup has the double bands at top and bottom, split by an attractive band of beading, as is the case with all Scearce cups.

This cup is engraved in cursive lettering with a quadruple monogram, then the date 11-14-90, then Charles Frazier Joy I think.

Stamped on the bottom:  Mark J Scearce/Shelbyville/Kentucky, then with an eagle and WJCII, finally with sterling.  This cup is from President Clinton's second term.
