This is a rare heavy vintage horse brass martingale made of brass and leather, depicting London, Midland & Scottish Railway. It features four horse horse brasses, LMS stamped shield and a solid brass horse

each with its own intricate design, and is an original piece. The martingale is made of high-quality brass and has been well-maintained over the years. It's a great collectable for railwayana.

One brass is  7. Cm wide, one is , 8 cm and two at 8.5 cm.

The heavy duty leather martingale is 55 cm long, 7.5 cm wide and 5 mm thick, fixed with a heavy brass hanging ring

It is in very good condition with just a small amount of age related wear & tear.

The brasses are heavy duty, original and are stamped with the number 193 and initials KB.
