How to connect the remote control to the TV:
Pairing Steps:
1. Turn on the TV.
2. Press and hold the back and play/pause buttons simultaneously for 4 to 7 seconds until the pairing success message or the pairing failure message appears on the TV screen.

Tips: These steps may help resolve the issue when the remote control is not working.
1. Replace the battery.
2. Please check if your original remote control is connected to your TV. If so, disconnect it, as it is possible to pair one smart remote control with your TV at a time. Follow pairing step 2 to disconnect.
3. The connection between the remote control and the TV may be lost. Please re-pair.

Notes:
If the remote control battery is low, charge it as soon as possible. After a low battery indicator appears, if you continue to use it for an extended period and the capacitor is depleted, there is a possibility that the remote control will not charge.

How to tell if the battery is low:
1. The TV screen will display a low battery indicator for the remote control.
2. When using the remote control, the LED light will remain on continuously and brightly, without flashing.
