HOW TO CLEAN YOUR RUG
We recommend vacuuming or shaking the rug out to remove dirt or debris and spot treating stains. Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Use only leather recommended cleaners or contact an expert for tough stains removal.

HOW CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact me to initiate a return or exchange. You must contact the shop via email prior to returning your item, packages sent back without prior notification and approval are considered forced returns. This is against policy and a refund will not be issued.

When a new rug is delivered it may show some creases from being folded for shipping. These will disappear after the rug has been laid flat for some time. To speed up the process, fold the rug in the opposite direction.
