Gorgeous 19th antiquarian chromolithograph is titled : "  THE PET FAWN" after the painting by Sir Edwin Landseer.  Lithograph comes with a 1 page story which has the title on it.  

Litho is an actual plate from a very scarce art journal printed in 1870, and does not have any printing on the reverse side. Litho has brilliant colors and is in very good condition.  There is a tiny spot of emulsion wear in the upper right hand corner on the tree trunk. There are a few light smudges and spots on the outer border but these don't affect the image. 
 Litho measures 8 1/2" x 11 1/8".


Shipping:

We ship everything by USPS.  All antique prints are packed very well and  shipped flat in a sturdy, cardboard book box.
