This is a SpinTech rotating rain deflector filter system designed for broadcast and professional cinema cameras. These systems mount to the front of a camera and spin a clear optical filter at high speed to prevent rain, snow, and moisture from settling on the lens during live or outdoor production.
This example is in excellent cosmetic condition and includes mounting hardware, power cables, adapters, and an additional sealed RD105F filter glass.
We do not have the proper power source to test this unit. It has not been powered on by us. However, it was acquired from a professional owner whose other equipment has tested fully functional. Based on overall condition, we have no reason to believe it is not working — but it is being sold as untested.
The installed filter glass is clean with no visible scratches, haze, or coating damage. The additional RD105F filter appears unused in sealed packaging.
