Our Items

All items are brand new. The packaging is in good condition but may show minor signs of storage.

Dispatch Time

We quote a "5 Working Day" dispatch time.  This is cautious, taking into account our workload and other activities.

More often than not, we post out quicker than 5 days after placing your order and

you should receive your item before the expected delivery date.

Payment

We ask that all items are paid for within 7 days of purchase.

Postage and Packing

All items are carefully packed but, in the event of a lost or damaged package, we always keep proof of postage for

compensation to be sought from our postal service providers.

There is a 10 working day period after which we can reimburse you for a lost package.

We reserve the right to vary the postal service provider from that quoted on the listing from time to time.

We are happy to combine postage for multiple items won but please request a total or wait for an invoice

as postage cannot be adjusted after your payment has been made.

Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items where the inner packaging has been opened.
