Dog Collar size is measured from the leather fold on the buckle to the middle hole. So a Medium Size(15") measures approximately 19" from the leather fold on the buckle to the middle hole of the collar with 2 holes on each side. Handmade full grain genuine leather heavy-duty dog collar.
