Please note you are purchasing a second user item which will contain signs of use. Items are rigorously tested to meet quality control and are fully functional unless otherwise stated. The condition of the item is generally reflected at the price point.

Items have not necessarily been deep cleaned.

Generally everything goes out the same day before 12pm Monday - Friday but please allow up to one working day for shipping.

Please ensure when replacing a part, all drivers are up to date through windows update, device manager and relevant updates in optional updates. All parts are security marked to prevent fraudulent returns and are fully tested on receipt of return.

All batteries unless otherwise stated have a minimum health of 80%

In the rare event that items become lost by the postal carrier, Refunds will only be issued 10 working days after the last tracking update.

import duties, import restrictions, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Import restrictions and intercepted items due to local regulations are the buyers responsibility and will not be subject to  refund if issues arise. All items are UK specifications unless otherwise stated.

Items sold for parts, for repair or as faulty are not eligible for return.
