This is a vintage Japanese Traditional Kokeshi crafted by Masando Midorikawa(1926～), belonging to the Togatta style.
Traditional Kokeshi originate from hot spring regions in northern Japan and are characterized by distinct regional styles passed down through generations of craftsmen.

This is a popular Daruma-design kokeshi doll.
