Sea-Dog® Gas Filled Lift Springs are built to marine OEM standards, delivering reliable performance and extended service life across a wide range of applications. Commonly used in marine engine hatches, RV doors, truck caps, tool boxes, and utility compartments, these gas springs provide dependable lift and support with smooth, controlled motion.
Each lift spring is constructed using chrome and powder-coated steel, bronze bushings, polymer end fittings, and is charged with high-pressure nitrogen gas. A unique multi-lobe seal ensures maximum durability and performance. All models accept a 1 mm ball stud (unless noted otherwise) and include a 2-year warranty.
