This set of four vintage Chinese porcelain rice bowls feature exquisite hand-painted designs of butterflies and squash blossoms. The bowls are made in China and reflect the rich and vibrant culture of this East Asian country.

The provenance of these bowls is unfortunately unknown, but they are in excellent condition with no modifications. They would make a wonderful addition to any collection of Asian ceramics or can be used for serving rice and other dishes.

My research indicates that this set was likely made in the 1980’s.

Excellent condition. No chips or cracks. There is discoloration on the insides as pictured. Some of it is in the glaze and some of it appears to be staining.
