This Follett UFD425A80 Compact Chewblet Flake Nugget Ice Maker is used but in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Ready to use and super quiet while running. Makes the small nugget "sonic" style ice (see pic). I guarantee it will not be DOA.
 
Solid stainless steel, This machine is very fast and produces small chewblet ice after being turned on for 10 minutes. It is capable of being used as an under counter or stand alone unit, with front in/front out air flow to allow for an easier fit in tight spaces with no clearance needed on sides or rear. 

It has an ice production capacity of 425 lbs per day, an integrated ice storage bin capacity of 75 lbs.

Designed for space‑restricted facilities, the UFD425A80 measures less than 24 inches wide and features smooth‑glide Teflon bin rails for easy access. Its stainless steel exterior, evaporator, and auger ensure long‑term durability and reliability. Flake ice provides maximum surface area for rapid cooling, making it the preferred choice for blood banks, clinical labs, rehabilitation centers, and medical research applications.
 

This model operates on 115v/60/1 power, uses a self‑contained condenser, and is certified NSF, cETLus, and CE for commercial and medical environments.
 

 

Condition & Testing

When we hooked this ice machine up to water, it produced ice in just under 10 minutes. We let this machine run for a few hours and it quickly filled the bin to capacity. This machine runs very smoothly and quietly, with front in/front out air circulation making it ideal for tight spaces.

The retracting door is firmly attached, and the seals are in excellent shape. Has 2 internal scoop holders (no scoops included).  Includes (4) 6" legs. The stainless steel finish is very nice with some minimal signs of previous use. Overall a very attractive machine without any operational issues. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
