This historic sterling silver trophy buckle was awarded to the Class C Champion of the Kern County Gun Club in 1979, crafted by the renowned Wade's Silver Shop of Reno. Every inch of its surface is filled with deep hand engraved Western scrollwork, feathered flourishes, and period lettering that captures the artistry of early Nevada silversmithing. The scalloped edge frames a bold central medallion with concentric stippled rings, while the surrounding banners proudly present the year and championship title. The untouched patina adds depth and authenticity, giving this piece remarkable character. A meaningful heirloom for collectors of early sporting trophies, Western Americana, and fine hand engraved silver.
