This listing is for 4 metal base KT88 Sovtek power tubes.

When I was recording my album, I bought these as a possible choice in a Marshall amplifiers of mine. These never even got tried out cause they winged C tubes we tried before these achieved the exact tone we were aiming for.

All of these tubes have been tested on a fully calibrated mercury model 1000 mutual transconductance tester. The average NOS KT88 tubes has readings of 17,000-17,500 µmhos with exceptionally strong examples testing from 17,500-18,500 µmhos.

all four of these tubes were testing identically at 19,500 µmhos. This is a max strength quad all matched within 0.25% of each other

These tubes are exceptionally strong all testing at 19,5000 µmhos or greater.

All the tubes test, tested, free of shorts, leaks, or quality/emissions issues.

These tubes are such a tight match that they are less than one percent, measuring at less than a quarter of a %, difference in strength from the lowest testing to the highest testing strengths.

He basically don’t get a stronger, or tighter matched set of KT88 tubes. Basically this is the highest achievement for matched KT88 tubes.
