We use the following categories to identify the contents of all our items. Please note that these are not a category of condition and all our items are Pre-Loved so even the NEW items may have some cosmetic damage.

 

NEW - a brand new item that is still in its original wrapping

LIKE NEW - an item that is complete and has some of its contents still sealed, or unused

COMPLETE - all parts are complete as per the rules packet

PLAYABLE - some parts may be missing, however it does not affect the playability of the game. Some parts may have been spares in the first instance, or may be obtained online (in the case of game rules)

PARTS - the item is incomplete, it would require additional parts to be able to play

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All items will be dispatched at the latest the next working day after payment has been received.

 

All our items will be securely packaged in one of two ways:

1.     For letter size items, the item will be posted in a suitable sized padded envelope.

2.     For all other sizes of item or multiple wins, the item(s) will be sent in either a new or recycled packing box with additional packing material added as needed, alternatively the item may be sent in folded single wall cardboard.

All our items are sent through Royal Mail, using a service that offers tracking and/or delivery confirmation. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller should the package go awry or suffer damage after dispatch.

We are sorry that we do not offer postage outside the UK. However, we can fulfil orders through eBay?s own Global Shipping Program.

 

RETURNS

 

If the board game purchased does not meet your expectations for condition then we will happily offer a full refund once the item has been returned to us, at the buyer?s expense.  We ask that the buyer provide us with any additional information on the reason for the return and to avoid disappointment please inspect the attached images carefully, and read the full description above.
