The Highlander Mummy Sleeping Bag Liner is a lightweight mummy-shaped insert designed to improve comfort, maintain hygiene and add a small but useful boost of warmth to any mummy-style sleeping bag. Used inside a sleeping bag, it creates a cleaner sleeping environment by protecting the bag interior from body oils, sweat and dirt - extending the lifespan of the bag and reducing how often it needs to be washed. Made from soft 190T polyester pongee with a cotton-feel finish, it is comfortable against the skin and quick-drying, making it easy to rinse and reuse during multi-day trips. Machine washable for easy post-trip cleaning at home. Adds approximately 2-3°C to the effective temperature rating of your sleeping bag - useful for cooler nights or when using a three-season bag in shoulder season conditions.
