Crafted from more than 325 precision parts; located with accurate detailing throughout. As the '60s came to a close, the Owens/Corning Fiberglas race team was making its mark in the sports car history book. The memorable red-and-white Corvette race cars dominated Daytona, Sebring and Watkins Glen, and racked up a record of 22 consecutive victories - a feat that is as impressive now as when it was accomplished. The Danbury Mint photographed the first '69 team car, you can own a replica of that car in all its grandeur, that should "pop your cork".
