The Cammax PPS60-F is a pulse heat controller specifically engineered for rapid heating and cooling of delicate semiconductor and photonic devices-such as GaAs laser dies-when used with a Cammax Precima heated workholder. It supports standalone operation or integration with manual or automated die bonders, enabling precise temperature control via a graphite-strip heater that clamps the device under vacuum or mechanical hold. A cover-gas facility protects against oxidation during bonding cycles. Packaged for rack or benchtop deployment, the PPS60-F delivers controlled thermal cycling-offering efficient, repeatable wafer-level bonding and device assembly.
