Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This chair is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are minor blemishes from normal use, as well as a couple of major issues. There are a few dents in the seat, and one spot on the seat where a rubber band "melted" to the material of the bottom. The frame on the left side under the seat is broken off at the front quick-release slot and the left footrest has no where to mount. The batteries were dead and have been recycled. Note that the seat, especially the back of the seat, is slightly tacky/sticky.
Notes: This chair is in Good working condition aside from the broken frame. We used a couple of 12V DC batteries for testing, and these are not included. Sometimes when starting and stopping there is a quiet squeak from somewhere in the back wheels area. We found the chair goes well in forward and reverse and quietly at all speeds, and turning is smooth. The ammeter on the charger indicates current as expected, and the charger works. No other testing was done.
